Peugeot: 1,600 jobs on offer at PSA Retail in 2019

(CercleFinance.com) - PSA Retail, the subsidiary of PSA Group, says that in 2019 alone it will recruit 1,600 employees, including 800 in France, to meet the ambitious goals it has set for its medium-term plan.


PSA specifies that 7% of its total workforce (9% in France) have work-study contracts (Ecole-Emploi). As such, 750 of this category of employees from 16 to 23 years are currently part of its workforce, including 480 in France.

Such contracts on offer are two-year contracts for technical graduates (2-year BTS holders) and one year for other categories of employees, including “bac pro” (vocational Advanced level), CQP and CAP. Most of these jobs for the young will lead to permanent employment contracts.
