Kering: acquires 100% of UNT's capital

(CercleFinance.com) - Kering Eyewear has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the capital of the French company UNT - Usinage & Nouvelles Technologies, an acquisition that will strengthen its position in the luxury eyewear industry.


UNT plays a key role in the manufacture of high-precision metal mechanical components for the entire luxury eyewear sector.

The company is located in the Haut-Jura, the cradle of eyewear in France and a region renowned for its microtechnical expertise.
