Kering: draft agreement with Cartier.

(CercleFinance.com) - Kering has announced signing a strategic agreement between Kering Eyewear, a subsidiary of Kering, and la Maison Cartier, which is owned by Compagnie Financière Richemont.


The agreement will create a platform for the global development, manufacture and marketing of Cartier eyewear collections.

Richemont will take a minority stake in Kering Eyewear, a specialist company entirely dedicated to the Eyewear business of twelve Kering brands (Gucci, Bottega Veneta, Saint Laurent, Alexander McQueen, Brioni, Christopher Kane, McQ, Stella McCartney, Tomas Maier, Boucheron, Pomellato et Puma).
