Thales: several measures taken against crisis

(CercleFinance.com) - Thales announces the implementation of a comprehensive plan to adapt to the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as the signing of a syndicated credit line of two billion euros over the next 12 months, with a six-month extension option.


The dividend proposal to be submitted to the AGM of 6 May, which will be held behind closed doors, will be limited to the payment of 0.60 euro per share, paid in December 2019, enabling the group to avoid a cash layout of around 430 million euros.

Thales is &lso withdrawing its 2020 financial targets, due to the extent of the crisis. As soon as it is able to do so, he will specify the financial impact on its accounts and will adjust its targets as a result.
