Thales: starts work for Alenia Space in Spain

(CercleFinance.com) - Thales Alenia Space today announces that it is starting to build its new facility in Spain, which is dedicated to the integration of large satellite payloads and instruments.


"These unique facilities in Spain - with more than 600 m2 clean area and 20-meter height - will allow to expand the activities of the company in the domain of integration and testing of large space systems. The new facilities add-up to the existing 2000 m2 clean area devoted to manufacturing and integration of space equipment and large subsystems," Thales said.
