Thales: BlackRock raises stake

(CercleFinance.com) - The AMF this morning released a statement which detailed that on 7 December, the asset manager BlackRock has increased its stake in Thales' capital to above the threshold of 5%.


On this date, following the receipt of shares held as collateral, on behalf of its clients and funds managed, BlackRock held 5.01% of Thales' capital 3.47% of its voting rights.
