Thales: BlackRock stake below 5% of capital

(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds it manages, has informed the AMF that on 10 October its stake in Thales' capital fall below the threshold of 5% and that, on behalf of the said clients and funds, it now holds 4.
98% of the group's capital and 3.45% of its voting rights.

The crossing of this threshold results from sales of Thales shares both OTC and on the market, and a restitution of shares held as collateral.
