Michelin: draft takeover bid filed on SIPH

(CercleFinance.com) - Oddo BHF SCA, acting on behalf of Compagnie Financière Michelin SCmA (CFM), has filed with the AMF a draft takeover bid (OPR) on SIPH shares, whoses listing will resume on 16 October.


The Offeror irrevocably undertakes to acquire, at a price of 85 euro per share, all of the 425,036 shares not held by its concert, i.e. 8.40% of the capital and 5.17% of the voting rights. The trading fees in this deal will be borne by the sellers.
