Michelin: raises stake in Indonesia's Multistrada to 99.64%

(CercleFinance.com) - Michelin, which at the beginning of March bought 87.
6% of the shares of the Indonesian tyre maker Multistrada, has since launched an offer on the remaining capital.

To date, the group from Clermont-Ferrand has increased its stake to 99.64% of Multistrada's shares, for which it has paid a total of 545 million dollars.
