Sodexo: two departures and one arrival on board

(CercleFinance.com) - Sodexo has announced changes in the composition of its board of directors, with Patricia Bellinger, who has been a director since 2005, and Michel Landel, a director since 2009, wishing to leave on 1 July.


On the same date, Sophie Stabile will join the service group's board of directors, an appointment that will be submitted to shareholders for approval at the group's AGM to be held on 22 January 2019.

Following these changes, the Board will have 13 members, including two employee representatives and five independent members. In all, four nationalities will be represented on it, with seven women and six men.
