Wendel: bank amendment for Cromology.

(CercleFinance.com) - Wendel has announced that Cromology, a decorative paint company in which Wendel is a majority shareholder with 87.
3% of the capital, has agreed an amendment of its banking terms with almost all its lenders.

Cromology has therefore completed a covenant reset and has increased its financial leeway in order to provide itself with all the means to continue with its growth plans.

This deal comes along with an increase in its drawing capacity on its credit lines which total 20 million euros. Meanwhile, the debt's cost remains unchanged.
