Faurecia: new hydrogen storage centre

(CercleFinance.com) - Today, Faurecia inaugurated its global centre of expertise devoted to hydrogen storage systems.


This centre is located in Bavans, France. It represents a total investment of 25 million euros. It aims to develop lightweight and competitive hydrogen storage systems to accelerate hydrogen mobility.

“Through innovation, industrialisation and scaling, the cost of fuel cell systems will continue to drop dramatically and unlock the potential of this technology for commercial vehicles as well as high-horsepower engines” declared Patrick Koller, Chief Executive Officer of Faurecia.
