Faurecia: completes private placement of E700m

(CercleFinance.com) - Faurecia announces that it has signed a "Schuldscheindarlehen" (private placement under German law) of 700 million euros.


This transaction is part of the financing program for the acquisition of Clarion Co. Ltd., which the group announced on 26 October 2018.

This 700 million euro transaction is structured into several tranches in euros and dollars, with maturities of 4, 5 and 6 years. The margin above fixed or variable reference rates averages less than 1.80%, representing a very attractive funding cost.
