Eurazeo: 2% slip in NAV per share in H1

(CercleFinance.com) - The investment group Eurazeo has reported a net loss of 96 million euros for H1 2022, with net asset value (NAV) of 115.
5 euros per share at the end of June, down 1.9% over six months.

It explains that the strong performance of the portfolio, the disposals made above their last published NAV and positive FX factors were offset by the adjustment of multiples and the application of a prudence margin (500 million euros).

At end-June 2022, Eurazeo's Assets under Management (AUM) amounted to 32.5 billion euros, up 27% over 12 months, of which AUM managed on behalf of third party investors amounted to 23.4 billion euros, up 32% over 12 months and 9% over six months.
