Eurazeo: launches share buybacks on trading update

(CercleFinance.com) - Eurazeo has announced that its executive board has decided to launch a 100 million euro share buyback program, with the shares to be cancelled in order to increase shareholder value.


As of 31 March 2022, assets under management amounted to 32.2 billion euros, up 41.5% over 12 months, including 22.7 billion euros of capital managed on behalf of partner investors and 9.4 billion euros of permanent capital of the group (net asset value).

Economic sales of the balance sheet portfolio increased by 31% in Q1 2022, at constant Eurazeo scope and exchange rates (+17% excluding travel and leisure companies which rebounded strongly).
