Eurazeo: about to acquire Altair

(CercleFinance.com) - Eurazeo PME, the Eurazeo Group's specialist investment arm for medium-sized companies, has announced the signature of an exclusive agreement to acquire Altaïr, a company that sells household and home maintenance products.


Through this transaction, Eurazeo PME would invest approximately 115 million euros in this company. It would therefore hold the majority of its capital, alongside its directors and senior executives.

Eurazeo says that as the company operates in a resilient sector that has grown steadily over the last twenty years, Altaïr generated revenues of around 105 million euros in 2019 and continued to grow in 2020, despite the health crisis.
