Eurazeo: towards an exit from Moncler's capital

(CercleFinance.com) - Eurazeo has announced the intention of its subsidiary ECIP M to sell 12,199,626 Moncler shares, representing approximately 4.
8% of the Italan group's share capital and voting rights. At the end of the placement, ECIP M and Eurazeo will no longer hold any shares nor voting rights in the group.

The disposal will be carried out through an accelerated investment with institutional investors, starting immediately, including BofA Merrill Lynch and Citigroup Global Markets Limited acting as book keepers and Lazard Frères providing financial advice.
