Eurazeo: leading investors for Eurazeo Capital IV

(CercleFinance.com) - Eurazeo Capital announces that leading international investors have contributed nearly 500 million euros to its fourth investment program, worth 2.
5 billion, in an initial closing completed today.

Commitments were therefore subscribed in the Eurazeo Capital IV fund by asset managers, sovereign wealth funds and leading family and insurance companies from North America (53%) Europe (29%) and Asia (18%).

This fundraising demonstrates the appeal of Eurazeo Capital's investment strategy for its long-term partners, the group said. There are also disposal proceeds amounting to 257 million euros for Eurazeo SE.
