LVMH: several appointments on Tiffany's management board

(CercleFinance.com) - LVMH announced on Tuesday that it has completed the process of acquiring the US jeweler Tiffany & Co.


In addition to the completion of this transaction, LVMH has announced several appointments to Tiffany's management board.

Anthony Ledru is appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Tiffany, effective today. Alexandre Arnault becomes Executive Director, Products and Communication of Tiffany, effective today.

Michael Burke, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Louis Vuitton, will become Non-Executive Chairman of Tiffany's Board of Directors.

Reed Krakoff, Creative Director, and Daniella Vitale, Executive Vice President, Products and Marketing, will leave Tiffany after a short transition period.
