Bic: dividend approved at AGM

(CercleFinance.com) - Bic announces that its combined general meeting, held on 20 May without the physical presence of its shareholders, approved the payment, from 3 June, of an ordinary dividend of 2.
45 euros per share.

All the proposed resolutions were adopted, including the ratification of the cooptation of Timothée Bich as director and the renewal of this mandate, as well as the appointment of Jake Schwartz as director.

The board of directors, which followed the general meeting, decided to renew the mandates of Candace Matthews on the Audit Committee and the Nomination Governance and CSR Committee.
