Natixis: offer from BPCE for remaining 29.3% of capital

(CercleFinance.com) - Natixis' Board of Directors met on Tuesday and took note of BPCE's intention to file a draft tender offer for the 29.
3% of Natixis' capital that it does not hold at a price of 4 euros per Natixis share (cum dividend).

BPCE has announced its intention to implement a squeeze-out procedure for all of the shares that it does not hold in the event that minority shareholders do not hold more than 10% of the Company's capital and voting rights following the offer.
