Natixis: in 'preliminary discussions' with Ingenico

(CercleFinance.com) - In response to press reports, Natixis confirms its interest for Ingenico, a player in electronic banking with which the banking group is having "preliminary discussions".


"Natixis remains committed to strong financial discipline within the limit indicated on September 12, 2018 with respect to investments," the group added.

Meanwhile, Ingenico confirms the existence of these discussions and declares having "initiated a review of its options and of their respective merits".
