Danone: strategic partnership in Argentina

(CercleFinance.com) - Danone and Compañía Cervecerías Unidas (CCU) have announced a strategic partnership.


As part of the deal, CCU Argentina has acquired a significant minority stake in Aguas Danone de Argentina.

This partnership will enable both companies to strengthen their beverage portfolio, while reinforcing their operations in the country.

As such, Danone joins forces with a prestigious partner in the region. The agreement is an important step enabling both companies to strengthen their position in a highly competitive market, Danone said.
