Danone: sells business in Denmark

(CercleFinance.com) - In a brief statement, the food and beverage group Danone has announced that it has signed an agreement to sell Aqua d'Or, its water and beverages business in Denmark, to Royal Unibrew, a Danish-based brewery and beverage company.


"This sale is part of Danone's strategic portfolio review and of the continuous optimization of its capital allocation", it said. The completion of the sale is subject to customary conditions precedent.
