AXA: E1bn share buyback program

(CercleFinance.com) - AXA yesterday announced that it has entered into a share buyback agreement with an investment services provider under which AXA will buy back up to 1 billion euros of its own shares.


The agreement provides that the buybacks will begin on 8 August and will end by 18 November 2022.

For each day of the repurchase period, the price per share to be paid by AXA will be determined on the basis of the volume-weighted average share price.
