Axa: 2019 net income up 75% at E3.9bn

(CercleFinance.com) - Axa's revenues increased by 5% to 103.
5 billion euros in 2019.
All geographic regions contributed to this growth.

Revenues increased at all businesses, in P&C (+5%), life, savings, retirement (+5%) and health (+6%).

Operating profit increased by 2% to 6.5 billion euros, reflecting a strong improvement in operational performance in France (+9%), International (+17%), Asia (+3%) and Europe
(+1%). Net profit increased by 75% to 3.9 billion euros.

The solvency II ratio stood at 198%, up 5 points compared to 31 December 2018.
