AXA: endorsement to S-1 declaration form for AEH's IPO

(CercleFinance.com) - AXA has announced the filing by its US subsidiary AXA Equitable Holdings of Amendment No.
2 to the registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) relating to the proposed initial public offering (“IPO”) and US listing of AEH common stock.

The offer will concern a minority stake in AEH's ordinary shares, which would be sold by AXA as a selling stockholder. The IPO is set to occur in the second quarter, although there can be no assurance that the IPO will be completed on the expected timeline or at all.

The shares will be offered by a group of underwriters led by Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, with Barclays Capital Inc. and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. also acting as underwriters for the offering.
