Axa: could sell Hong Kong subsidiary Swiss Privilege.

(CercleFinance.com) - According to the Bloomberg news agency, AXA is considering the sale of its Hong Kong-based asset management subsidiary, Swiss Privilege.


For the time being, the case has not yet been presented to potential buyers, which may be companies from mainland China that have been seeking to acquire such assets in recent years.

Bloomberg understands that the French insurer could raise up to 400 million dollars from the sale, i.e. around 350 million euros.
