Sanofi: plans e-health joint venture

(CercleFinance.com) - Sanofi, Capgemini, Generali and Orange have announced plans to set up a joint venture in France, aimed at accelerating the development of concrete healthcare solutions and making them available on the market for patients.


This project will bring together the best French and European scientific and technological expertise, with a digital platform and a physical location in Paris, and will be linked to the "PariSanté Campus" initiative.

The founding partners are planning to make an initial investment of 24 million euros in this new entity. This approach is expected to be operational in June 2021 - for the digital platform, with the physical platform operational in December 2021.
