Sanofi: to change terms of collaboration with Regeneron

(CercleFinance.com) - In order to simplify their collaboration, Sanofi and Regeneron have announced their intention to modify the terms of this cooperation, changes that particularly concerns Kevzara and Praluent, which will lead to an agreement regarding fees.


Under the proposed restructuring, Sanofi will receive the exclusive global rights for Kevzara. Regarding Praluent, Regeneron will receive exclusive rights in the US, while Sanofi will receive rights outside the United States.

Each party will be solely responsible for financing development and marketing costs relating to their respective territories. This draft agreement is set to be finalised in the first quarter of 2020
