Quadient: repays loans in dollars

(CercleFinance.com) - Quadient (formerly Neopost) announces that on 4 September it repaid all of its US private placement debt, totalling 115 million dollars.


In addition to the payment of 30 million dollars contractually due in September 2020, the enterprise solutions company decided to add the early repayment of 85 million dollars maturing in 2021 (for 35 million dollars) and 2022 (for 50 million dollars).

The deal is part of its policy of dynamically managing its balance sheet and optimising its financing resources. This will have a slightly positive impact on the cost of net financial debt over the remaining term of the loans repaid early.
