Bouygues: finalises acquisition of Nerim

(CercleFinance.com) - Bouygues Telecom has announced that, on 13 March, it completed the acquisition of 100% of the capital and voting rights of Nerim, as part of its strategy to accelerate its development in the market of VSE, SME and ETIs.


As an historical alternative operator created in 1999, Nerim will provide Bouygues Telecom Enterprises with its technical expertise in the marketing of data networks and hosting for SMEs.

With salse of 35 million euros in 2018, Nerim will retain its legal and commercial autonomy and will benefit from the support of Bouygues Telecom to continue its development.
