Bouygues: result of tender offer on Keyyo

(CercleFinance.com) - Bouygues Telecom is pleased with the results of the tender offer, open from 7 February to 13 March 2019 inclusive.

At the end of the settlement-delivery operations, Bouygues Telecom will hold a total of 1,674,753 Keyyo shares, representing as many voting rights, i.e. 85.45% of the capital and at least 82.59% of Keyyo's voting rights.

As the offer has a positive outcome, it will be reopened in accordance with the applicable regulations and according to a schedule that will be communicated by the Autorité des marchés financiers.
