Bouygues: acquires block of Keyyo shares

(CercleFinance.com) - Bouygues has announced the acquisition of a block of Keyyo shares by its subsidiary Bouygues Telecom.


Bouygues Telecom has completed the purchase of all 854,316 Keyyo shares held directly or indirectly, representing the same number of voting rights, or 43.6% of the company's capital and 42.1% of its voting rights, at a price of 34 euros per share.

Bouygues Telecom will soon file a draft takeover bid with the AMF at the same unit price of 34 euros for Keyyo shares.

The settlement-delivery of the offer is due to occur in the first half of 2019.
