Bouygues: selected for first phase of Postmark project

(CercleFinance.com) - Bouygues Construction announced that it has been selected by Taylor Wimpey for the first phase of Postmark, a residential project that includes the building of two properties for over 100 million euros in central London.


West Central 1, the first phase of the project's four, together with the delivery of 681 housing units, includes the construction of 214 housing units from the studio to three room apartments in a building of 6 to 15 floors.

Bouygues Construction said that work has already begun, with the first deliveries scheduled for 2020, continuing until 2021. Between 350 and 400 employees will work when the project is fully underway.
