Bouygues: appointments at Bouygues Construction

(CercleFinance.com) - Bouygues Construction has said that its Board of Directors has reappointed CEO Philippe Bonnave, and has approved his decision to appoint Bernard Mounier, Nicolas Borit and Marie-Luce Godinot on the Executive Committee.


They are respectively deputy CEO in charge of Bouygues Bâtiment France and Europe, chairman of Bouygues Bâtiment International and deputy CEO charge of digital transformation, innovation and sustainable development.

In addition, Olivier-Marie Racine, deputy CEO of Bouygues Construction - who is already a member of the group's executive committee - will take charge of Bouygues Construction's new energy and services division, which includes the companies Alpic Intec and Kraftanlagen.
