Accor: Q1 revenues up 85% to E701m

(CercleFinance.com) - The Group has reported revenue of 701 million euros for Q1 2022, up 85% like-for-like basis compared to Q1 2021.


HotelServices, which includes Management & Franchise (M&F) fees and Owner Services, generated revenues of 507 million dollars, up 105% LFL (cc) compared to Q1 2021 (-25% cc) compared to Q1 2019).

In Q1 2022, RevPAR more than doubled (+108% as reported) compared to Q1 2021, but is still down -25% compared to Q1 2019.

Revenue from "Hotel and Other Assets" is up 52% as reported compared to Q1 2021 (-19% as reported compared to FY 2019).
