Accor: to sell part of AccorInvest's capital

(CercleFinance.com) - The Accor Group announced on Monday evening that it has signed an agreement to sell 5.
2% of AccorInvest's capital to some of the company's shareholders for 204 million euros.

This sum represents a 12.9% increase in the value of AccorInvest compared to the sale made in 2018, which reflects the positive effects of the transformation initiated by the largest European hotel owner, Accor said.

At the close of this deal, which is expected by the end of FY 2019 (subject to approval from the competition authorities), Accor will hold 30% of AccorInvest's capital.
