Accor: Q3 revenues up 10.9%

(CercleFinance.com) - Accor's revenues reached 1,049 million euros in Q3 2019, up 10.
9% as reported and up 4.1% like-for-like.

RevPAR is up 0.7%, with contrasting performances by region. Growth in Europe reached 1.2%, while it fell slightly in Asia-Pacific (-1.1%), mainly due to conditions in China.

In Q3, Accor opened 60 hotels, representing a total of 8,500 rooms. Thus, at the end of September 2019, the Group's portfolio totals 726,345 rooms in 4,946 hotels and its pipeline represents 1,181 hotels corresponding to 205,000 rooms.

The group expects FY 2019 EBITDA of between 820 million euros and 840 million euros.
