Accor: develops loyalty program with Air France

(CercleFinance.com) - Air France-KLM and Accor are developing their partnership in terms of their loyalty programs.


Members of Air France-KLM's Flying Blue and AccorHotels' Le Club loyalty programs will be able to benefit from Miles+Points. This will mean that clients will receive points and miles when traveling or staying in hotels.

This system makes it possible to simultaneously arn Flying Blue Miles and Le Club AccorHotels Rewards Points each time a member takes a flight marketed and operated by Air France and/or KLM, or who stays at an Accor hotel that participates in the program.

Benjamin Smith, CEO of Air France-KLM said that the group aims for Flying Blue to become the leading airline loyalty program, with continued development at all stages of the customer journey.
