Accor: double voting rights for Chinese group Jin Jiang

(CercleFinance.com) - Yesterday the AMF issued a notice for regularisation purposes updating details around the Chinese hotel group Jin Jiang International Holdings' stake in Accor's capital.


Remember that Jin Jiang was invited to discussions about the French hotel group in 2016 and is its largest shareholder, as of 30 June 2018.

As of 2 June, Jin Jiang, through its investment arm, Rubyrock Capital, has exceeded the threshold of 15% of Accor's voting rights after the granting of double voting rights, according to article 25 of the company's articles of association. As of 9 October, Jin Jiang held 11.65% of Accor's shares and 15.62% of its voting rights.
