Vallourec: safeguard plan approved by Court

(CercleFinance.com) - Vallourec has announced that, after noting that the required regulatory authorisations had been obtained, the Nanterre Commercial Court has approved its safeguard plan, which all creditors are thus required to execute.


The next step in the financial restructuring is the launch of the capital increase with preferential subscription rights and guaranteed by the creditors, which should take place at the beginning of June, subject to the prospectus' approval by the AMF.

The seamless tube manufacturer specifies that the indicative timetable for the stages of its financial restructuring will be updated when the prospectus for the capital increase is made available.
