L'Oréal: Chinese group eyes up the Body Shop.
(CercleFinance.com) - The Body Shop has been a subsidiary of L'Oréal since its acquisition in 2006, although the world leading cosmetics group has decided to sell the entity.
According to Sky News, a Chinese group I now has its eyes on the entity.
Sky news say that Renhe Pharmacy has made a bid for the subsidiary and it does not appear to be the only company interested in it.
