L'Oréal: acquisition by Saloncentric in the US.

(CercleFinance.com) - L'Oréal USA has announced the acquisition, via its subsidiary SalonCentric, of assets of Four Star Salon Services, a distributor of beauty services and products that is based in Hauppauge, New York.


Completion of the acquisition is subject to usual conditions. Thanks to the acquisition SalonCentric will therefore expand the distribution of professional products in the States of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.

Following this acquisition, Four Stars' sales and boutiques will be refitted to match those of SalonCentric. The transaction involves 11 boutiques and commercial outlets serving approximately 3,500 salons.
