Total: Foncière Atland starts to build Industreet

(CercleFinance.com) - The real estate investment company Foncière Atland yesterday has started works to build Industreet, Total's Future Industry Campus in Stains-Pierrefitte, in the north-eastern suburbs of Paris.


Each year from October 2020, the "Industreet" campus will welcome around 400 young people from 18 to 25 years, either with or without qualification, offering them free courses leading to industrial qualifications.

Foncière Atland is developing a 10,850 m2 program for Total, with an inter-company restaurant and an accommodation block.

After Engie Lab Crigen, Total is the second tenant to sign a 12-year lease.
