Total: 2nd interim dividend for FY 2018

(CercleFinance.com) - Total's Board of Directors, which met on 12 December 2018, decided to distribute the second interim dividend payment for the fiscal year 2018 amounting to 0.
64 euro per share.

It also gave each shareholder the choice of receiving this payment in cash or in new Total shares.

The period for exercising the option ran from 18 December 2018 to 2 January 2019. At the end of the option period, 4% of rights were exercised in favour of receiving the payment for the 2018 second interim dividend in shares for FY 2018.

All those who opted to receive this second interim dividend payment in cash will receive a total of 1,608 million, which will be paid as from 10 January 2019.
