Total: distribution of first interim dividend

(CercleFinance.com) - At its meeting on 19 September, Total's Board of Directors decided to distribute a first interim dividend for the financial year 2018, amounting to 0.
64 euro per share, up 3.2% compared to the three installments and the balance paid for the financial year 2017.

Shareholders and ADS holders will receive this first payment, and may opt for payment in cash or in new shares.

The new shares that will be used to pay this first interim dividend for the 2018 financial year will be issued at a price of 52.95 euros each.
