Total: dividend set at AGM

(CercleFinance.com) - Total has announced that its AGM has decided to set the dividend to be paid for 2017 at 2.
48 euros per share, up 1.2% y-o-y.
Taking into account the three installments that have already been paid, the remaining balance to be paid works out at 0.62 euro.

In addition, it was decided that each shareholder may decide to receive payment of the said balance in cash or in new shares at a unit price of 52.03 euros, with each choice exclusive of the other.

The balance of the dividend will be detached on 11 June. Shareholders may opt for payment in cash or in new shares between 11 and 20 June inclusive. The dividend will be paid in cash as of 28 June.
