CNP Assurances: Q1 earnings up 3.7%

(CercleFinance.com) - CNP Assurances has announced Q1 2018 net income, group share that is up 3.
7% at 313 million euros, with gross operating income that is up 1.8% at 625 million euros (respectively +8.6% and +9.3% like-for-like).

The company's turnover rose by 9.5% to 8.6 billion euros (+12.8% in organic terms), with a sharp increase in the net savings and unit-linked pension contracts and, symmetrically, a net outflow in euros.

Also maintaining the new business margin rate at 23.9% (compared with 23.6% in 2017), CNP Assurances confirms its target for organic growth in EBITDA of at least 5% in 2018 compared to 2017.
