CNP Assurances: non-renewal of contract in Brazil.
(CercleFinance.com) - On Friday Caixa Seguridade informed CNP Assurances of its decision not to renew, on expiry, the distribution agreement existing in Brazil for the products of their joint venture Caixa Seguros by the Caixa Econômica Federal networks.
This agreement will hence be terminated on 14 February 2021. CNP Assurances will continue to ensure compliance of its interests and rights, as well as those of Caixa Seguros Holding, its joint venture with Caixa Seguridade.
